Job Description

Summary of Functions:

Due to continued growth we are seeking a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Supervisor in the Memphis community.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising teams that pick DTC order from high volume multiple pick locations.  He/she is responsible for the order personalization process, verification of DTC orders, and order close-out and clean up at the end of each day. 

Experience/Educational Requirements:

• 3+ years leadership experience in a high volume distribution environment
• Must be able to effectively multi-task. Ability to work under deadlines and have strong  time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, MS Excel a must, MS Access preferred.
• Self-motivated, strong problem solver with excellent analytical and great math skills.
• Attentive to detail.
• Personalization experience a plus
• Prefer college graduate.
