Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our facility in the Memphis, TN area.
The chosen candidate will develop and maintain integrated spreadsheets, reports, and databases for analyzing, measuring and reporting daily, weekly and monthly performance of all plant areas.Will also accumulate, monitor and validate essential data used to invoice all areas of the program.Will provide and maintain a central storage and database for contracts, work orders and addendums.
Essential Functions
Create and manage various daily, weekly, monthly and periodic reports for analyzing actual and standard production volumes combined with actual and standard labor rates for efficiency and performance levels across the program
Create, structure and update various production volumes, labor hours, and pricing information in Access databases according to contractual specification for invoicing, analytical and reporting purposes
Establish various data collection measures and validate accuracy of information gathered for invoicing
Support Ad Hoc reports and assignments as requested
Education and/or Experience Requirements
BA/BS required.MBA and/or APICS certification a plus
5+ years of experience
Working knowledge of Distribution, inventory management, and statistical analysis
Quality (ISO)/Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite with emphasis in Excel, Access and Power Point
