We are seeking a NPI Analyst for our 2000+ employee reverse logistics and wireless repair center in Ft. Worth. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.
Summary of Functions:
Responsible for consolidating, tracking, trending and reporting operations data that is derived from multiple data points. Create daily, weekly and monthly reports and presentations as needed for Senior Leadership team to be presented to key stakeholders, Senior. Business Leaders, company executives, customers, etc
Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze reports, publish findings, make recommendations and aggressively pursue improvement in validations, controls, timeliness and procedures to meet all deadlines
- Establish data collection measures, validate accuracy of information, participate in report reviews and support process improvement initiatives
- Provide tools to the operations manager and process managers to detect problem areas in real time and take timely action
- Develop tools, reports, techniques and or assist in implementing reporting systems for operations support, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring reporting consistency, standardized formatting, and professional presentation
- Process and issue documentation, review and subsequent reporting and process enhancements
- Administration of the reporting program, including but not limited to:
- Schedules and deadlines
- The report validations, QA process, timely event scheduling, preparation, process tracking, posting and distribution
- Publishing action item and tracking target dates to completion
- Regular updates / reports on the reporting process, including changes, priorities, progress, and training requirements
- Support training and quality assurance with documentation, and metrics
- Work with functional area managers and analysts to ensure report accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in defining long-range process improvement requirements and specifications to IT
- Provide AD-HOC reports, conduct research and special analysis
- Perform other duties as required
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- BS/BA degree required
- Working knowledge of supply chain management and distribution systems
- Extensive knowledge of integrated computer systems and Microsoft Office suite, including Access, Project, and Excel
- Must be detailed-oriented and work with a huge degree of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal, and analytical skills, on multiple business levels
- Excellent documentation and control capabilities, driven by continuous improvement and successful project completion
