New Breed Logistics was chosen to design, implement, and operate a Memphis distribution center for Avaya.

Strategy

New Breed Logistics established a distribution operation in Memphis, where Avaya is co-located with other New Breed Logistics clients to provide operational flexibility. The facility stores thousands of SKUs and ships millions of units per year to domestic and international customers. New Breed Logistics systems are used to support all operational requirements and provide web-based visibility to Avaya logistics personnel of all receipts, inventory and shipments.
